Turn waste liquid into something valuable! Dehydration and drying device.

★Why not turn the waste liquid you are currently disposing of into something valuable?★ Accepting tests for extracting 10kg of solid from 1000L of slurry in just 1 hour.

The "Pleated Filter Dewatering" device sucks in and filters high-concentration slurry (mud-like mixture), forming a cake layer on the filter surface. This cake layer is then dehydrated and dried, allowing it to be collected as sludge (aggregated solids). Our unique pleated filter enables dewatering and drying in a compact device with a short cycle time. No coagulants or filtration aids are required. The moisture content of the sludge can achieve results in the 1% range for inorganic materials. 【Features】 ■ Individual liquid separation to dewatering and drying in 60 minutes (all-in-one) ■ Compatible with ultra-high concentration turbid water ■ Processing capacity of 400 kg/day (based on treating 1,000 L of 20,000 PPM turbid water) ■ Maintenance requires only filter replacement ◎ For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Semiconductor Component Manufacturing Industry, Company S

The reclaimed water employs biological treatment in the later stages! An example of reducing the COD value of reclaimed water by cutting the first distillate by 15%.

We would like to introduce a case study of Company S, a semiconductor component manufacturer located in Indonesia, which has implemented a "decompression dehydration drying device." In the company, when introducing a new product manufacturing process, they considered wastewater treatment. They tried various methods, but the COD value became a bottleneck, and they ultimately chose treatment through reduction. The recovered water underwent biological treatment in the subsequent stage. The wastewater contained low-boiling-point solvents, and by cutting the initial distillate by 15%, they were able to suppress the COD value of the recovered water. 【Case Overview】 ■ Customer Name: Company S ■ Location: Indonesia ■ Industry: Semiconductor Component Manufacturing ■ Model Introduced: G 750 Type ■ Introduction Date: November 2014 ■ Treated Wastewater: Production Process Wastewater ■ Treatment Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Food Manufacturing Industry, Company M

Activating zero emissions! Introduction of a case study that achieved stabilization of wastewater treatment facilities!

At Company M, a food manufacturing business located in a certain area of Saitama Prefecture, the introduction of a "decompression dehydration drying device" has significantly alleviated the burden of rice washing water on wastewater treatment facilities, which was causing instability in processing capacity. As a result of the introduction, approximately 97% of COD, about 90% of BOD, nearly 100% of SS, and around 99% of n-Hex have been removed, achieving stabilization of the wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, by intentionally adjusting the residue from the cooking process to a paste-like consistency, it has become a valuable feed for pig farming, promoting zero emissions. 【Case Summary】 ■Customer Name: Company M ■Location: Certain area in Saitama Prefecture ■Industry: Food Manufacturing ■Model Introduced: G 750 Type ■Introduction Date: December 2009 ■Waste Liquid Processed: Rice Washing Water ■Processing Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study Giveaway!] Drying and volume reduction of moisture-containing residues.

We will introduce examples of reducing industrial waste costs and contributing to the conversion of residues into feed and valuable materials.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a food processing factory to dry and reduce the weight of residual materials to cut disposal costs. 【Case Study】 ■Industry: Food Processing Factory ■Challenges - When disposing of residual materials (pressed pulp), disposal fees are determined by weight, so there are costs associated with disposing of moisture-containing residual materials. - We want to dry and reduce the weight of residual materials to cut disposal costs. To further enhance the efficiency of processing the juice generated during the drying process, we proposed Dehydration + ECO Clean. This not only reduced industrial waste costs but also contributed to converting the dried residual materials into feed, generating valuable by-products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] High-efficiency recovery of rare metals from wastewater!

Achieved significant reductions in installation costs for collection equipment, installation space, and running costs!

This is a case study of our water treatment products introduced to a metal processing factory. The request was to efficiently recover rare metals from high-concentration rare metal-containing water (valuable materials) without reducing their concentration. Previously, multiple processes were carried out using several machines, which was labor-intensive and costly. We consolidated this into one machine using dewatering. The dewatering unit now takes on all the roles of the previously used equipment, achieving significant reductions in installation costs, installation space, and running costs (electricity and maintenance fees). [Case Study] ■ Metal processing factory ■ Request: To efficiently recover valuable materials from containing water ■ Implementation effect: Reduction in installation costs and running costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Features of the vacuum dehydration drying device

Prevent scaling (burn-on) with a Teflon scraper! We will also introduce some tips!

The "decompression dehydration drying device" features a unique stirring and discharge screw built into the distillation kettle, making it resistant to scaling (burning). Its simple structure allows for very easy handling, and the angled stirring enables automatic discharge of distillation residues. Additionally, as a tidbit about this product, the "stirring blades" are made of Teflon and continuously scrub the inner walls of the distillation kettle to prevent the precipitated residues from sticking. The Teflon blades are angled to direct the residues towards the discharge outlet for automatic removal. 【Features】 ■ Unique stirring and discharge screw (Teflon plate) built into the distillation kettle ■ Resistant to scaling (burning) ■ Automatic discharge of distillation residues through angled stirring ■ Very easy to handle due to its simple structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
